SMARTbrief was established by communications specialists, Junction 9 Network to help to provide efficient ways of engaging, briefing and supporting remote teams and solve the problem of information overload by personalising the viewing of relevant content for every user.

For nearly 20 years we have been delivering the highest standards of internal communications support and commercial video production. We have partnered the UK’s first Microsoft Gold Partner, Objective Computing, to jointly develop the unique SMARTbrief Broadcast System and App.

We have a clear vision for the future and the influence we will have in our niche of the remote briefing and m-learning communications sector and we continue to lead the way in innovation and adoption of mobile briefing and engagement platform’s, enabling our clients to maximise operational and safety communications and develop far more ambitious strategies at costs previously unheard of.

Supporting this technology and service, we provide clients with practical training and support enabling them to produce video content in house from their smartphones, resulting in a momentum of content creation that has previously been unrealistic to deliver in-house.

An ambitious plan of App development, UX and AI behavioural innovations will be introduced in the future by our unique team, combining a creative and client first culture, with technical excellence, delivering tangible results.
